There are 8 places available.
We start together with a Hatha Yoga session including a meditation
Duration: 1 hour
Yoga Trainer: Daggi Frerk/ Yoga Studio Bielefeld - Heepen
Afterwards there will be a joint creative painting session with acrylic paints.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Artist: Michelle Frerk
Motif: You choose your motif freely, all colors and painting utensils as well as a canvas are available and you can then take your work of art home with you.
You will receive explanations and tips on painting with acrylic paint and the artist will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Please bring clothes that can get dirty, as we will be painting with acrylic paint.

JUST WOW! This painting is exceptionally large due to the painting style and is literally a "splash of paint". It has a very high quality in the wooden frame as well as pink varnish. Every time I look at it, I feel like it spreads a lot of energy throughout my room. I have had some of Michelle's works of art saved in my favorites for a while, so the purchase just had to happen at some point. I think the abstract painting in acrylic on canvas is just great, there are lots of little details to discover. Shipping was quick and the painting was very securely packaged! I also thought it was particularly great that Michelle asked me after the purchase if everything was OK with the shipping and the painting - great contact. I will definitely buy from Michelle again and already have my eye on the painting "Circle" 🤩
